Built for leaders operating in high-performance environments, The Leadership Fundamentals course is crafted for leaders looking to maximise their impact. This award-winning programme is designed around the four critical skills that underpin effective leadership. It will not only develop your people’s core leadership capabilities but also build the performance and leadership mindsets that enable high performance – equipping them with the leadership skills to drive your consulting firm forward.

The Trainers

Robert
Robert has developed leaders from some of the most recognisable brands around the world. Initially training as an NLP Practitioner and hypnotherapist, Robert is now a highly accredited coach, focused on supporting leaders across the world to find their purpose, passions, and unlock their creativity.
With a background in physical theatre and theatre education, Robert draws on his theatrical roots, bringing the spirit of improvisation and creativity to his coaching, helping people channel their passion and really step into their power.
While his gentle and optimistic disposition has guided him through his career, he doesn’t shy away from difficult conversations around diversity and inclusion within his coaching. He shares his own experiences to help create vital dialogue that is free from shame and embarrassment, and to break down barriers.

Tessa
Tessa is a global facilitator and coach with 25 years’ experience working in leadership, operations, sales, customer experience and interim management. A trained NLP and Three Principles Practitioner, and expert in psychological resilience, her coaching work has enabled her to work at all levels of organisations to uplift performance, change cultures and increase engagement.
She supports people to explore their own limited thinking, take responsibility for their experience, wellbeing and results and connect to their own innate wisdom. She believes that a resilient, highly accountable and engaged workforce is a more productive, flexible and ultimately, successful workforce. Her coaching work is focused on supporting people to thrive in this ever changing world and passionately believes that we can all lead happy, peaceful and fulfilling lives if we have the right mindset and approach.

Steve
Steve is a transformational leadership and performance coach, trainer and author. Specialising in mindfulness, purpose and wellbeing, Steve has designed and facilitated sessions for companies including BBC Worldwide, The WEF, Aviva and M&S.
Steve coaches leaders to find their own authentic style, and then empowers them to find their ‘why’. From this place comes clarity on key decisions, and the ability to inspire and motivate those around them. Through mindfulness coaching, he enables leaders to stay in the moment and retain clarity of thought and action, even under challenging conditions.
He’s the author of the award-winning book, On Purpose, which maps the journey to leading a life of purpose and meaning, from gaining crystal clarity on your values and finding the unique contribution you are here to make, to mastering your mind.

Vicky
Vicky is a compassionate and effective coach, facilitator and consultant, with 30 years of L&D experience under her belt. She’s worked with everyone from front-line sales and service teams, to the most senior leaders across multiple sectors to uplift performance. She has a deep understanding of how to support people through transitions and growth, enabling them to step into their power, and has the commercial experience to support people to bring this power to their performance as leaders.
Vicky brings her own life and leadership experience to her work with integrity, authenticity and challenge and she has a reputation for pragmatism, straight talking, fairness, compassion, genuine curiosity and love. Her focus is working with leaders in global organisations, and her passion project is supporting teenagers to take ownership for creating the life they were meant to live. Vicky deeply believes that every human has the capacity to fulfil their potential and by doing so, make the world a better place, with better leaders and happier humans.
