Don’t make another expensive hiring mistake

Unfortunately, this is a scar many owners of consulting businesses bear: realising you need to part ways with your latest and most expensive hire.

It usually results in a good deal of soul searching to work out what went wrong. Rightly so. But how often have you pinned part of the reason for your mistake on your interview process? My guess is that if you’re honest with yourself, your answer is ‘not enough’.
