This project demonstrates how a targeted, strategic approach can drive measurable and lasting business impact.

CloudPay’s CMO Nick Webb inherited a B2B demand generation operation with declining returns and questionable data, yet ambitious pipeline growth targets had to be delivered. The existing approach left marketing disconnected from sales, while sales managers struggled with manual lead qualification. Modern was engaged to analyse and resolve these fundamental issues across targeting, CRM, automation, channel strategy and lead management.

Analysis revealed that without addressing core strategic issues around customer targeting and journey mapping, no increase in media spending would deliver the required pipeline growth. The subsequent strategy reset transformed CloudPay’s go-to-market approach, landing the company their biggest ever deal and paving the way for future success.

While Arrival’s client recorded very high scores (85%+ agreement) for inclusion in employee engagement surveys, leaders articulated a disconnect between the high scores and tangible business impact. They asked Arrival to help them evolve their approach to Inclusion, giving their leaders a new narrative, framework and tools that worked in every region, every market and context that drove tangible business performance improvements.
